(Cripple Creek)
I only go to Cripple Creek casinos because of a senior citizen. I'm writing to appeal to the casinos on behalf of this senior and maybe others. There are only a few places to go. Stairs and vast-ness upset some seniors so if I can't walkers and such easily in - we're not going. Consider seniors are coming to spend time and a lot of money. Make it easy to drop them off and get into door. More ramps? Once in the door, easy access to a variety of machines, especially video poker machines. Wait staff is typically terrific - seniors can be demanding so don't change that. But consider access when you're promoting to seniors. While we're at it - progressives are important. Uprights don't encourage any extended play. Pretend that you love video poker. Is your casino inviting? Penny machines can be really annoying if too close and will drive vp players away. If you don't make these things a priority, seniors won't feel valued and they keep the town alive during the day. And some of them go well into the night :)
